Dr. Suzanne Baillie & Dr. Marc Deschamps Welcome You!

Dear Valued Patient,

As you know, the news surrounding COVID-19 is constantly changing.

Yes, the provincial government is now allowing health-care providers to gradually resume all services. This means that dentists can slowly begin seeing more patients for more types of treatments again.
While this is good news, it doesn’t mean it’s back to business as usual or that the office is open right now.
There is still a pandemic happening and we’re taking extra precautions to ensure everyone’s protection against the spread of COVID-19. This could take some time, so please be patient.
We are currently waiting for the revised guidelines from our regulator, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. Before we can be ready to treat you, we must meet all updated safety requirements.
You can expect some changes to the office when you come in, and we’ll explain them to you when we schedule your appointment.
We will contact you once we can safely open the practice. The health and safety of my patients and my dental team is my top priority. We look forward to seeing you and your family soon.

We will be continuously evaluating and closely monitoring the situation as it unfolds and will post a new update here if anything changes.  We appreciate and value your patience during these difficult times and encourage everyone to stay safe and healthy, as directed by Health Canada.

In the interim, if you are experiencing a dental emergency, you may email us at manager.barrhavendental@gmail.com or leave us a voicemail at 613-825-3132.  We will be checking these sites daily.  PLEASE INDICATE WHICH DOCTOR YOU ARE LEAVING THE MESSAGE FOR.  For those patients that cannot be managed over the phone, we have arranged for our patients to be taken care of at a clinic that has the required personal protective equipment (PPE) to treat emergencies.  In order to protect dental personnel and conserve personal protective equipment, you will be triaged, and pharmacotherapy may be the treatment provided.

Looking forward to taking great care of you in the very near future,

Dr. Suzanne Baillie and Dr. Marc Deschamps
